Service description
ReachForge is a software tool that helps users formulate outreach messages. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Outputs are generated content suggestions and do not guarantee outcomes.

User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, VAT, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Stated prices include VAT where required, or VAT may apply based on your jurisdiction. You can cancel anytime from account settings, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers only. Pro-rated refunds are not available after the 7-day window.

Right of withdrawal (EU)
By accessing paid service features immediately upon subscription, you expressly request early performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal upon first use of the paid service features.

Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. You own the output messages generated for you. ReachForge retains ownership of the platform, core engine, branding, and all associated intellectual property rights.

Prohibited uses
You may not use the service for spam or mass unsolicited messaging, harassment, illegal outreach, reselling or redistributing outputs commercially, reverse engineering the engine, or building competing products using our outputs.

Limitation of liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under Luxembourg or EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Luxembourg and EU law.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. The competent courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Language
These Terms are provided in English. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.
